Fernanda Filarent joined Star in 2007 as Consultant. Fernanda began her IT career supporting an ERP system for a Book Store chain in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After a couple of years, she moved into IT development firm working with financial and manufacturing systems.

Fernanda then worked implementing JDEdwards for four years in major national and multinational companies including Exxon, Shell and Telecom. She then transferred as a financial consultant to a PeopleSoft partner in several Latin American Countries such as Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. Some of the clients she worked for with PeopleSoft are Toyota, Arcor, Doe Run Peru, National Argentinean Bank; among others.

After 7 years working with PeopleSoft she migrated to Australia and joined Star.
