Norman Joined Star in 2008 following its change of ownership. He has previously assisted Star in the USA with marketing, recruitment and consulting. His career has primarily revolved around finance and assisting small to medium sized companies up to and including publicly listed companies.

Norman is also a director of Breedcare Pty Ltd, a Livestock breed management development company, Washbrook Pty Ltd, an investment company and Ok Menga Pty Ltd a construction company. In his spare time he breeds Charbray Cattle and is a member of the Hawthorn Rotary club.
