Terry joined Star as a Greentree System Consultant having previously worked as a external consultant to Oxfam, a Greentree client. Prior to this, Terry spent many years working for the Mars Corportion mainly with consulting, implementations and support which included CBA and Greentree links.

During his time with MARS Terry gained exposure to operating systems, business processes and techniques throughout the Asia Pacfic region in such places as Japan, New Zealand, China, Taiwan, Singapore and Hong Kong.
