Trish Hall joined Star in 1997 Trish as Project Manager. From 2002 to 2006 Trish managed Star's North American operations and was appointed General Manager of Star on her return to Australia in early 2007.

In July 2008 she became the owner of the business (formerly known as Star Accounting Solutions) and assumed the role of CEO.

Trish began her career with Price Waterhouse in their Corporate Advisory division and following a period performing accounting duties, Trish moved into their Computerised Accounting Systems division installing, training and supporting systems such as Solution 6. Moving to Melbourne in 1989, Trish joined William Buck Chartered Accountants progressing to Manager of their Computer Services division. In 1993, Trish was asked to join her largest client as General Manager. In this capacity, Trish was responsible for a $12,000,000 turnover, several hundred contracts and 450 staff, as well as performing their accounting, treasury and computerised systems maintenance functions.
