Senior Consultant & Team Leader
We are looking for a Senior Consultant & Team Leader to join and lead one of our enthusiastic Business Software Solution consulting teams. This position reports direct to the CEO. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra with clients based in Australia and overseas including the USA & Canada. If you enjoy being on the move, leading a small team and rarely pinned down behind your office desk, then this is the job for you.
Job locations are normally inner Eastern Suburb of Melbourne, North Shore Sydney or Adelaide.
Duties & Responsibilities

- Project Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Client Consultations
- Client and Staff Training
- Lead a small team of consultants
Education & Qualifications
- Accounting (CPA, CA preferred, others considered)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organisational skills and ability to manage various concurrently running activities/projects
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Customer service orientated
- Excel skills
- Problem Solving skills
- Natural aptitude for computers and computer applications
- Accounting software consulting experience. Such as GP, SAP B1, Sage, JDE, Epicor, Sybiz or similar is required.
- Greentree Experiecne a definite plus.
Experience
Minimum 10 years consulting experience in ERP, CRM, HRM, SCM, or BI system implementations is required.
Other industry, consulting or accounting experience would be beneficial. As this role requires on-site client visits you must have your own car and a valid drivers licence.
