Training Programmes

Star's experience has shown that to obtain the most value from a business information system, the initial and ongoing training for users is of vital importance. In most cases, management are fully aware of the correlation between training and long term return on investment from their system, yet they are deterred by the cost and will often try to cut corners. Ultimately, this approach will place limitations on the organisation's ability to derive full benefit from their investment.

Tailored training sessions can be developed by the project team to provide training that teaches the use of the software specific to the Company's typical usage, or our standard training course materials can be used. We can also take a ‘train the trainer’ approach if required when training Greentree users.

Training can be conducted either in Star's training facilities or onsite.
